China Representative Office
A representative office is an office established by the foreign organization to conduct non-transactional operations such as marketing, business meeting, call center, and research, etc. Most organizations will set up a representative office in China before officially entering the market.
There must have a local chief representative, a labor contract between the chief representative with registered labor agency, notarized certificate of incorporation and other relevant documents.
Location confirmation → Name search → Documentation notarization → Documentation submission → Certificate of registration → Organization code certificate → Tax account registration
